Pick any Lagree class on our schedule — early morning, midday, or after work. With 10 machines in Westford and 12 in Littleton, you're never lost in the crowd. Tell us if it's your first time and we'll set you up.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

  • SETUP

    Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class. We'll walk you through the machine, the grippy socks, and the basics — so you start confident, not lost. No experience needed.

  • WORK

    50 minutes of slow, deliberate movement under constant tension — the burn that builds real strength without the pounding. Your instructor cues and corrects you the whole way, so you get the result, not just the workout.

  • AFTER

    You'll walk out worked, not wrecked — clear-headed, strong, and already thinking about your next class. Free parking at both studios, retail on-site, and a schedule that fits around your day.

  • None at all. Every class is modified in real time for all levels, and we'll set you up before your first one. If you can hold a plank for 10 seconds, you're ready.

  • Lagree blends slow, controlled strength training, cardio conditioning, core stability, and endurance at a high intensity on a specialized machine. Lagree is its own strength-based method built on constant resistance, controlled movement, and full-body intensity — all in one 50-minute class.

  • Yes — Lagree is low-impact by design, with no jumping and joint-friendly movement. Tell your instructor your history before class and they'll modify around it. Get cleared by your provider first if you're recovering.

  • Just water and grippy socks (required — we sell them in studio if you need a pair). Fitted workout clothes work best. Free parking at both locations.

  • Any class on our schedule, at either studio, within 1 month of purchase date — 38 classes a week across Westford and Littleton, including weekday noon classes in Westford and after-work classes in Littleton.
