LOGISTICS

  • Fitted, sweat-wicking workout clothes you can move in — leggings and a snug top work best, since loose layers can get in the way on the machine. We carry Lululemon, Free People Movement, and our own VIBE tanks and merch in studio if you want to gear up.

  • Yes — grippy socks are required for safety and traction on the machine. If you don't have a pair, we sell them in studio, so you can grab them on your way in. One pair lasts a long time.

  • Just water, your grippy socks, and yourself. We have parking lots at both studios and retail on-site for anything you forgot. Everything else — the machine, the method, the instruction — is waiting for you.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class so we can set you up on the machine, walk you through the basics, and answer questions before we start. After that, 5–10 minutes is plenty. Coming a little early also means a calmer, unrushed start.

  • Both the Westford and Littleton studios have their own parking lots — no circling, no meters, no stress. Pull in, park, and walk right in.

  • Please do — Lagree is better with someone in the next machine over. New friends can start with their own $49 intro 3-pack, and VIBE All Access members get guest passes each month. Just make sure you both book ahead, since spots are limited to 10 in Westford and 12 in Littleton.

PRICING & MEMBERSHIP

  • The best way to start is the $49 intro 3-pack — three classes for new clients, so price is never a barrier to your first yes. After that, drop-ins are $40, and we offer flexible rolling memberships ($125 for 4x/month, $359 for 12x/month) and class packs (5 for $160, 20 for $420).   • It's our new-client offer: three full Lagree classes for $49, at either studio. It's the no-commitment way to feel the method for yourself before you decide anything. Most people know by class three.

  • ou choose what fits your life — no pressure, no annual contract. Many people step into our 2 Weeks Unlimited, offered after your 3 class trial, for $79 to build momentum, then settle into a rolling membership or class pack. Existing VIBE hot yoga and Pilates members can jump straight to the 2-week unlimited too.

  • Yes — single classes are $40 if you'd rather come à la carte. That said, new clients save the most by starting with the $49 intro 3-pack first.
